Дуже крутий проект, чудова робота! Скажіть будь ласка, бачу, що інколи ви своїх проектах робите тамбур між вітальною і головним входом! Ви вважаєте, що це ще актуальна річ? Бо багато хто з дизайнерів відмовляється від такого рішення так як воно є застарілим на їх думку!

Ніфіга собі! Спершу, коли пролунали слова "із сітюейтед ін е Кіів ріджн", подумав, що мені вчулося і відмотав назад)) Причини для сумніву були наступні: досить серйозний рівень презентації, відсутність акценту і звісно ж якість та масштаби проекту. І все це помітно з перших же секунд відео. Тому не повірив, аж поки не побачив наші імена: Artem, Olya, Yurii, Anna)) Приємно, що проекти такого рівня і масштабу реалізуються в Україні. Щоправда відразу ж виникає питання: хто може бути потенційним власником такої нерухомості?🤔 З точки зору здорового глузду, це мав би бути C.E.O. якоїсь успішної міжнародної компанії. Однак з точки зору українських реалій, це запросто може бути голова наглядової ради якогось держпідприємства, очільник НБУ чи начальник районного ТЦК. Why not?? Особисто не є фанатом такого стилю, однак об'єктивно виглядає неймовірно стильно та естетично. Ландшафт, архітектура, дизайн інтер'єрів - все хай-енд рівня. Keep going, як то кажуть) До речі, досить непогана кінематографічна локація голлівудського рівня.
Згідний з Вами, що також не фанат такого стилю архітектури, а саме штучно ржавого металу фасаду, це дуже на любителя! Мені подобається фасад з травертину!) Але дизайн інтерʼєру просто на висоті! Я бачив дуже багато різних стилів дизайну інтерʼєру, як в США так і в Дубаї, але цей на іншому рівні! Чого вартують тільки сходи) І те що цей будинок в Україні це круто )) Питання хто може собі таке дозволити, думаю син ахметова чи порешка ) В нас доречі багато є багатих людей , питання чи хочуть вони інвестувати в будинок такого рівня де йде війна це вже питання інше. А от ціна будинку думаю висока, дуже висока! На мою думку ціна такого будинку де все найдорожче від 25 до 35 мільйонів доларів!
@@Vova-vg9sm Я в курсі, що в нас немало заможних людей. Більше того, вірю що чимало з них можуть навіть заробляти цілком чесно. Але чомусь мені здається, що будинок такого рівня - це міцний горішок навіть для сина олігарха:) Мені здається, це маєток рівня власника Корпорації Уолес (якщо дивилися Блейдраннер). Не великий спец у нерухомості (взагалі ніякий), але за моїми спостереженнями 25-35 млн. доларів - це ціна рівня елітних маєтків на околицях L.A. Щоправда там мабуть вартість землі є визначальним ціноутворюючим фактором. Але знаєте, що найвеселіше? Я дійсно приємно вражений, що проекти такого рівня і такої вартості з'являються в Україні, і разом з тим я дуже неприємно вражений ціною на звичайний придверний брудозахисний килимок, який вирішив нещодавно придбати. Погуглив: 80х120см - 2500 грн!!! Дві тисячі п'ятсот гривень!.. Вуличний придверний килимок!.. Промисловий шматок ризиняки і синтетичного ворсу, по якому топчуться брудними ногами!.. 2500 гривень!!!.. Після таких контрастів за всіма канонами жанру психології я мав би зненавидіти той смердючий килимок, цей неймовірний будинок, усе навколо і після цього розбити на шмаття свій ноутбук. Але я з якогось дива продовжую щиро радіти, що у нашій країні з'являються маєтки світового рівня, спроектовані і збудовані українськими архітекторами і дизайнерами. І це найголовніше, а килимок почекає. 😊😐😞 (грає сумний нуарний джаз)

Incredible, outstanding work! While there are very many wonderful aspects of the materials and finishes from the stone and wood work, fixtures, etc., the texture and color of the basalt stone used in the facade and interior is absolutely stunning. The contrast of the corten steel is wonderful. P.S. I love the perforated trident in the ceiling.
